I live in Newfoundland and Labrador and freelance on the CBC TV series Land and Sea. We were just heading out to a remote area and were in a bind as the legs on our Sachtler tripod were slipping after being secured. Over the phone Ian Johnson talked me through the process to repair the legs myself with an allen key and a Phillips screwdriver. I was able to fix it with Ian's advice and we were on our way to the fiords of the Newfoundland's remote southern coast. Thanks Ian.

My rebuilt Sachtler Video 20 tripod is performing beyond my expectations. I purchased the unit used & unfortunately lived far too long with the problems inherited until I found IJES Camera Support Systems. Now I find my tripod camera work has improved not just because the tripod is responding as it should but because I have a new found energy in nailing those shots that used to be so frustrating to pull off. It’s like recovering from an injury & bringing home a Gold medal . |

These guys are great!! I am very happy with my "new" Cartoni head . Ian and company rebuilt it and its as if I just opened it and took it out of the box brand new. It works beautifully again. Thanks very much and the turn around was very good as well. Great people, great work, whats not to love!!

IJES has been very helpful with technical material for owner repair of a vintage Vinten 22 fluid head. Western Australia is a long way from anywhere and well out of convenient reach of product support. |
